- Minimum Qualification : Should have basic accounting knowledge (Graduation in Commerce will be added advantage).
- Experience : 2 year to 4 years as Tally Support / Tally implementation experience on field.
- Software Proficiency : Tally.ERP 9 and other versions knowledge, Must be proficient in use of MS Office - specially Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Profile :
- Understanding the business need of Customers
- End to End experience in Implementation of Tally ERP 9 Software
- Training User on various operations of Tally
- Should be able to support Tally users and Tally Application by personal visit, on telephone, online etc. as per the need
Other Requirements :
- Should be ready to visit customers’ place
- Should be able to understand customers’ problems & ready to satisfy them by solving their problems
- Should be growth oriented and solution focused
