Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive who can take ownership of procurement operations and support our manufacturing efficiency. This role requires strong vendor management, cost control, and material planning capabilities, along with domestic and international sourcing expertise and exposure to engineering and technical product procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials such as fabrics, ESD materials, engineering components, accessories, packaging, and consumables
- Handle domestic and international sourcing, identifying reliable suppliers across India and overseas markets
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor base, including textile vendors, engineering product suppliers, and specialized material providers
- Drive cost optimization through effective negotiation, global sourcing, and alternate vendor development
- Ensure on-time availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Work closely with production, quality,



and stores teams for planning and execution
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate purchase documentation, import records, and ERP entries
- Coordinate with accounts for GRN, invoice verification, and vendor payments
- Stay updated on market trends, including textiles, engineering components, and imported materials

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Business / Engineering preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement within manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in domestic and international sourcing
- Strong exposure to engineering products procurement (components, spares, machinery-related items, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of GST, import procedures, and purchase documentation

Salary:

40 – 50K CTC per month.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
