As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Robust experience in designing scalable and secure cloud-based architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation.
- Ability to optimize application performance and cost efficiency within cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud services to ensure operational excellence.
