- Supervise daily store operations and floor staff
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
- Handle customer service, complaints, and returns
- Ensure sales targets are met and drive upselling
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Assist with cash handling, POS, and daily reports
- Train and schedule staff shifts
Requirements:
- 1-3 years retail/supervisory experience
