Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client interactions, understanding project requirements, developing design solutions, coordinating with production and site teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and interact with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project assessments.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and presentation drawings.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely project updates.




- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and design team members.

Required Skills

- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Lumion/ Enscape, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of modular furniture and residential interior projects.
- Ability to prepare production drawings and site execution details.
- Valuable presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in modular interior projects.
- Knowledge of project management and site coordination.
- Proven track record of successfully handling clients and project execution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
