Responsibilities:

- Deliver structured public speaking and communication sessions to small groups (4–6 students)
- Adapt teaching style to different age groups (8–11 and 12–16)
- Create a safe, encouraging workplace for shy or nervous speakers
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with CARISTRRA's team on curriculum refinement based on classroom experience

Requirements:

- Prior experience in public speaking, debate, drama/theatre, or communication training
- Experience working with children or teenagers (classroom, camps, coaching, or similar)
- Toastmasters certification, debate coaching background, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and patience working with young, sometimes shy, learners
- Comfortable delivering sessions online (live video) [edit/remove if in-person]

Nice to Have:

- Experience designing or adapting curriculum, not just delivering existing material
- Background in child psychology, education, or child development
- Prior experience in ed-tech or structured after-school programs

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
