Support and maintain HR reporting within Oracle HCM including OTBI BI Publisher and extracts with a strong focus on data accuracy consistency and audit readiness
Rationalize and streamline existing reports by identifying duplication standardizing logic and consolidating reporting outputs across countries and entities
Support incremental country specific regulatory reporting requirements including workforce compliance and audit related reporting aligned to ISQM equivalent control frameworks
Partner with HRIS and compliance stakeholders to understand country level data requirements control expectations and reporting cadence
Perform ongoing data validation and reconciliation to ensure reports align with source system data and downstream integrations
Document report definitions data sources business rules and control points to support audit inquiries and operational continuity
Testing and Quality Assurance
Execute expanded testing activities to support new entity onboarding country rollouts and system integrations
Develop and execute test scripts for HR data scenarios including hires transfers terminations organizational changes and country specific variations
Validate integration outcomes by comparing source to target data identifying discrepancies and supporting defect resolution
Log track and retest defects through resolution ensuring issues are clearly documented with reproducible steps and expected outcomes
Support regression testing for reporting and data extracts following configuration changes integrations or releases
Controls Audit and Documentation
Support HRIS controls by ensuring reporting and testing activities align to documented processes and audit expectations
Maintain testing evidence reconciliation files and reporting documentation to support internal and external audits
Assist in identifying control gaps or data risks introduced by new countries entities or integrations and escalate appropriately
Stakeholder Collaboration and Operational Support
Work closely with HRIS functional teams IT integration teams and vendors to support reporting and testing deliverables
Provide clear timely status updates on testing progress reporting issues and data risks
Support ongoing HRIS operations by responding to reporting requests and data inquiries as the environment scales
Required Qualifications
Two to four plus years of experience in HRIS HR data reporting or systems support roles
Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools including OTBI BI Publisher and HCM Extracts
Hands on experience with testing activities including test execution defect tracking and validation of results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile data identify anomalies and trace issues to root cause
High attention to detail and comfort working in controlled audit sensitive environments
Strong written documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to country specific regulatory or compliance reporting requirements
Experience supporting system integrations or data feeds between HR systems and downstream applications
Familiarity with audit risk or quality management concepts such as ISQM or equivalent control frameworks
