Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and process export/ Domestic sales orders
- Communicate with international customers on order status
- Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain sales records in ERP/CRM systems
- Support export sales team with quotations and reports
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering
- 1-3 years experience in export sales or coordination
- Knowledge of Incoterms & export procedures
- Positive communication and coordination skills
