We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Tracking Agent. This role involves managing customer interactions, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

CUSTOMS AGENT
✅ Tracking clearance of cross-border shipments
✅ Handling customs-related queries
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
✅ Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✅ Basic computer proficiency
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
