Job Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You will own production systems, drive reliability improvements, and enable faster, safer deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and manage Linux-based infrastructure (RHEL, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux).
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
- Architect and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana (metrics, logs, alerting).
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance (SLOs, SLAs).
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Enforce security best practices, patching, and compliance.
- Configure networking components (DNS, VPNs, load balancers).

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Linux system administration experience.
- Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (production environments preferred).
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong debugging skills in distributed systems.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on reliability and automation.
- Ability to work in high-pressure production environments.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.

Positive To Have

- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
- Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
