Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant/Supervisor for Production to support daily production activities for the Design House division. The role includes handling ERP entries related to stitching, production tracking, material movement, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily ERP entries related to stitching, production, and material movement.

· Maintain accurate production records and update status in ERP system.

· Coordinate with tailoring, stitching, and finishing teams for production follow-up.

· Monitor job work inward and outward entries.

· Track production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.

· Support Design House production planning and execution.

· Coordinate with stores for fabric and accessories requirements.

· Prepare daily and weekly production status reports.

· Ensure proper documentation of production activities.

· Assist in controlling production delays and process issues.

· Maintain stock records for raw materials and finished goods.

· Support quality checking and production coordination activities.





Skills Required

· Knowledge of ERP entry and production documentation.

· Basic understanding of garment production and stitching process.

· Good Excel and reporting skills.

· Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

· Attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Good communication skills.

Qualification

· Any Degree / Diploma in Textile, Fashion, Commerce, or related field.

· 1–4 years of experience in production coordination, ERP handling, or garment manufacturing.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in garment production or design house operations.

· Knowledge of stitching and tailoring workflow.

· Experience handling production ERP systems.
