Job Overview

NEXGEN Learning is hiring an enthusiastic and skilled English Trainer to help students improve their spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, communication, and interview skills. The trainer should be able to create an interactive and confidence-building learning setting.

Responsibilities

- Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation
- Train students for interviews, group discussions, and public speaking
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments
- Conduct interactive activities to improve fluency and confidence
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Support students in improving professional and daily communication skills

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in English or any related field
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Good presentation and classroom management skills
- Friendly, energetic, and student-focused approach
- Knowledge of interview training and personality development is an added advantage

Negotiable based on experience and performance
