- Plan and deliver Physics lessons for Classes XI & XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach topics such as Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, and Waves.
- Prepare annual lesson plans and daily teaching schedules.
- Conduct interactive and concept-based classroom sessions.
- Perform and supervise Physics laboratory experiments safely and effectively.
- Assess students through class tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide timely feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial classes for weak students.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.).
- Use smart boards, simulations, and digital teaching tools to enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, practical manuals, and study materials.
- Guide students in Physics projects, practical work, and science exhibitions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and academic outcomes.
- Ensure proper maintenance and secure handling of laboratory equipment.
- Follow school policies and CBSE/ICSE/State Board academic guidelines.
- Inspire scientific thinking, analytical reasoning, and curiosity among students.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of smart classroom tools and MS Office
- Passion for teaching and mentoring senior secondary students
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
