We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities that keep our agri-tech operations running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, distribution, and on-ground execution ​ensuring inputs, produce and equipment move efficiently between farmers, warehouses, and end customers.

​Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities.
- Ensure company processes and workflows are followed.
- Track operational performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with different departments (sales, finance, HR, logistics, etc.).
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, or supply chain activities (where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.




- Manage vendor and customer relationships.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare operational plans, and follow up on action items.
- Assist management in achieving business objectives and KPIs.
