Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of our branch expansion projects across India. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the construction and fit-out of new branch offices, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Note: This role is focused exclusively on branch expansion and infrastructure projects. It does not involve managing customer interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end execution of new branch construction and fit-out projects.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

* Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely project completion.





* Track project progress and submit status reports to management.

* Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with company standards.

* Coordinate multiple branch expansion projects across India.

Eligibility

* B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

* 5–8 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or commercial project execution.

* Age up to 35 years.

* Willing to travel extensively across India.

* Proficient in English and Hindi.

* Strong project planning, vendor management, and execution skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
