ROLE SUMMARY

The Paraplanner will support the financial planning team by preparing client plans, maintaining CRM and MIS records, participating in client meetings, documenting discussions, tracking investments, and ensuring seamless execution of financial planning recommendations.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

- Gain a thorough understanding of financial planning practices and client goals.
- Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and maintain CRM updates.
- Update and manage client MIS, implementation logs, and financial planning records.
- Research market trends and investment opportunities to support client recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding queries, implementation, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Manage back-office operations using Investwell Mint and ensure accurate goal tracking.
- Collaborate with advisors and internal teams for smooth execution of financial plans.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

- Accuracy and completeness of CRM/MIS updates.
- Timely completion of client documentation and follow-ups.




- Quality and accuracy of meeting notes.
- Client query resolution turnaround time.
- Data accuracy in Investwell Mint and goal tracking.
- Coordination efficiency with internal teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, data analysis).
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take detailed meeting notes and summarize discussions.
- CRM and MIS management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Knowledge of financial planning and investment products.
- Experience with Investwell Mint or similar financial software.
- Understanding of mutual funds and investment planning.
- Psychology background is an added advantage.
- Experience in wealth management or financial advisory firms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
