We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain robust relationships.

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Content, and Paid Media teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Manage multiple accounts and monitor project timelines and deliverables.

Conduct regular client calls and meetings to discuss campaign progress and requirements.

Share updates, reports, and recommendations with clients proactively.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Ensure high client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.





Maintain meeting notes, project trackers, and communication records.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong coordination and project management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
