- Spearhead end-to-end human resource operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory labour laws, with extensive expertise in Employees' State Insurance (ESI) and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) regulations.
- Manage EPF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, inspections, reconciliations, and timely statutory filings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory deductions, leave administration, and employee benefits while ensuring complete regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.




- Conduct internal HR audits and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with labour legislation and company standards.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external auditors for statutory inspections, compliance reviews, and legal documentation.
- Design and deliver employee training initiatives to enhance productivity, workplace ethics, and compliance awareness.
- Drive a high-performance work culture by fostering employee satisfaction, retention, and continuous organizational improvement.
