Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks when required.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding recent employees.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
