Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or Busy.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
