Job Description - HR Recruiter

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to successful candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gather manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Conduct reference and background verification before extending employment offers.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved budgets, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring reports, and recruitment MIS.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives while ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
