Swastik Enterprises is hiring a responsible CSC / UHBVN Portal Executive to manage online applications, solar customer documentation and electricity-board-related portal work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle CSC Centre and online government portal work.
- Process UHBVN solar connection and net-metering applications.
- Work on electricity connection, name-change and load-increase applications.
- Handle PM Surya Ghar Yojana registration and customer application tracking.
- Manage vendor selection, agreement upload and application status updates.
- Upload and verify Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, electricity bill, bank passbook and other required documents.
- Track feasibility approval, bank loan, installation, net metering, DCR and subsidy stages.
- Scan, upload, download and maintain customer documents properly.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve basic portal-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted,



approved and pending applications.
- Coordinate with customers, office staff and the solar installation team.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience or knowledge of CSC Centre operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of UHBVN or electricity-board portal work will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and solar file processing is an advantage.
- Valuable computer, internet, email, scanning and document-uploading skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Candidate should be responsible, accurate, punctual and willing to learn.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
- Male and female candidates can apply.

Salary:

₹12,000–₹18,000 per month. Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, portal knowledge and work performance.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
