Job Title: Sr. Accountant ManagerJob Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Sr. Accountant Manager to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, budgeting, reporting, and overall accounting operations. Experience in the Real Estate industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping operations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Supervise bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for taxation and compliance matters.
- Ensure proper financial documentation and record maintenance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Review accounting processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of accounting experience,



preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST/TDS, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP or advanced accounting software is a plus.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
