· Obtain essential shipment data from clients to start the documentation process.

· Communicate daily with clients and vendors to ensure all documentation is compliant.

· Create Letters of Credit as well as Direct Collection Letters for clients.

· Be well versed in different banking terminology in order to accurately complete documents.

· Send all original documentation to destination country so that the client’s cargo can be released without delay.

· Promotes customer focus; Establishes customer service standards; provides training in customer service delivery; monitors customer satisfaction; develops new approaches to meeting customer needs.

· Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally; expresses ideas and thoughts in written form; exhibits good listening and comprehension; keeps others adequately informed; selects and uses appropriate communication methods.





· Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply current skills; keeps abreast of current developments; requires minimal supervision; displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively.

Requirements

· Should have sound knowledge in Invoice & Packing List in Formats and managing export document in respect to banking, customs and client logistics departments i.e. Pre-Shipment / Post Shipment, Bill of Exchange, Bill of Collection etc.

· 4-6 years of relevant experience

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

· Strong communication skills, especially when delivering information to customers.

· High attention to detail.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
