- Robust knowledge of textile dyeing processes.
- Understanding of dye classes (Reactive, Disperse, Vat, Sulphur, Pigment, etc.).
- Color matching and color science expertise.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with spectrophotometers and color management software.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of textile testing standards
- Transfer laboratory recipes to production dyeing machines.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting dyeing problems.
- Analyze bulk dyeing results and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising departments.
- Monitor inventory of dyes, chemicals, and laboratory consumables.
- Verify incoming dyes and chemicals for quality and consistency.
- Maintain proper storage and handling procedures.
- Color Development & Matching.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
