- Assist students with accommodation-related inquiries and guide them through the booking process.
- Communicate effectively with housing providers to collect and share accurate information.
- Maintain and regularly update records of available accommodation options.
- Offer timely updates, follow-ups, and ongoing support to students throughout their stay.
- Coordinate and manage necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and effective booking experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
