Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The Business Analyst spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and refine requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery expectations.
- Design and document end-to-end business workflows, supporting campaign execution and system integrations.
- Translate business requirements into detailed process flows,



functional specifications, and user stories.
- Drive Agile delivery practices through backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning support, and requirement refinement.
- Write high-quality user stories with clear, AI-assisted acceptance criteria to enhance clarity, testability, and delivery speed.
- Work closely with development, QA, and Product teams to ensure requirements are understood and successfully implemented.
- Support continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure business objectives are met.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.

- Ability to design and document end-to-end workflows and process maps.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog grooming and user story creation.

- Minimum 2 years of continuous GenAI and Agentic AI delivery experience on the same engagement, demonstrating sustained ownership and deep project involvement beyond basic AI exposure.
- Strong capability in end-to-end system traceability,



with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues across the complete technology stack (CX/UI ,API, Backend , Database, AI components).
- Proven hands-on experience with log-based debugging and root cause analysis using tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, or ELK Stack. This is a mandatory skill.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs against business rules, requirements, and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment between AI behavior and business objectives.

-Must have a background as a Test Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead with strong technical problem- solving capabilities. Pure Business Analysis experience without technical delivery leadership is not suitable.

- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certifications are mandatory.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, integrations, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering, Development, and Architecture teams, translating business needs into technically feasible solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex production issues through data analysis, system logs, and cross-platform investigation.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business processes, AI solutions, and technical implementation while ensuring solution quality and operational stability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
