Key Responsibilities:

� Content Creation:

 Develop engaging content for social media platforms, YouTube, blogs, and websites.

 Script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content including reels, videos, and

interviews.

 Collaborate with the marketing/design teams to develop branded content.

 Research trends and topics to produce fresh and audience-relevant content.

�

� Anchoring & Presentation:

 Host videos, podcasts, webinars, or live sessions with clarity and confidence.

 Present content in a lively, qualified manner on-camera or in front of an audience.

 Conduct on-screen interviews, talk shows, or training videos when required.

 Represent the brand at internal or external events as a presenter or MC.

� Strategy & Optimization:

 Coordinate with digital teams to optimize content performance.

 Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.





 Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and style across all formats.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field

(preferred).

 Prior experience in content creation, public speaking, or anchoring (portfolio/video

samples preferred).

 Excellent communication, voice modulation, and on-camera presence.

 Comfortable in both English and [insert local/regional language if applicable].

 Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

 Familiar with trends on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
