Job Description:

Dear Team HR,

It will be nice if can get any Graduate / BBA / MBA HR / Recruitment profile from the similar domain/industry/consultancy who is having 0-2 years of experience on handling sourcing part at Kolkata. Person will be operating from Dalhousie & Chowringhee as base location to support company owned centers placement coordination at Kolkata, Hyderabad & Bangalore.

JD:

- Daily basis connect and further coordination with center teams for Student Load generation
- Need to connect Employers daily basis to take interview feedback and achieve the target
- Ask the employer to send the requirement via Mail/WhatsApp for further process
- Connect to that lead which received via Mail, References or from different Job Portals
- Student Management and Compliance
- Resume or profile sharing with the employer
- Schedule interview by connecting students & employers
- Drive the retention through employer for each candidate for at least 3 months
- Monitor the performance of the candidate sourced




- Compile the feedback shared by the employer and share it with the Placement & Training Team to incorporate the feedback
- Coordinate with placed candidates consecutively for three months to take their feedback based on their satisfaction level with the employer
- Visits to Employers every month
- Update the Requirements detail in official format
- Collaboration with different Industries and internal management
- Work on MOU / Tie Up Letters for future engagement on sourcing manpower
- Travelling in different locations at Kolkata to support ICA centers on placement lead generation and activities
- MIS and Record Keeping
- Periodical Reviews & Reporting
