Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Café- Brotein Bistro
Location: Brotein Bistro- (CCM, Nashik Road, College Road, Pune)
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders politely
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Manage billing and basic cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness at the counter and seating area
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
- Café or restaurant experience is a plus
