Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily project activities, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective communication among internal teams, clients, and management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project operations.
- Monitor project schedules and provide timely progress updates.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and project records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, estimation, and resource coordination.
- Track project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.




- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Prepare project status reports and support management with project-related documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering (M.Tech).
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) operations.
- Experience in project evaluation, estimation, and execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and confident personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
