Job Overview

The school is seeking a qualified and dedicated PGT Physics Teacher to teach Senior Secondary students as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and higher academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery & Curriculum Planning

- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the CBSE Physics syllabus for Classes XI and XII.
- Explain complex Physics concepts using practical examples, demonstrations, and real-life applications.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations, internal assessments, and practical exams.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and revision materials as per CBSE guidelines.
- Use ICT tools, smart boards, and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.

Student Assessment & Development

- Conduct regular tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.




- Provide individual academic support and remedial teaching when required.
- Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific reasoning.

Laboratory & Classroom Management

- Conduct Physics practical sessions ensuring strict adherence to laboratory safety norms.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and experiment documentation.
- Ensure a disciplined, safe and engaging classroom environment.

Collaboration & Professional Responsibilities

- Participate in department meetings, academic planning, and school activities.
- Attend CBSE trainings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Follow school policies, child safety guidelines, and professional ethics.
