Job Description:

Key Responsibilities*

Identify and connect with potential individual and corporate donors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters.

Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and awareness drives.

Generate donations through meetings, calls, events, and networking.

Achieve monthly fundraising targets. Maintain donor records and prepare fundraising reports.

Represent the organization at community events and partner meetings.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or a related field.

* Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the city when required.
