Medical Billing AR Caller (US Healthcare Process) Physician Billing

We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Cab: One-way cab drop (within 15 km radius)

Roles:

- Handle insurance follow-ups on unpaid/underpaid claims
- Resolve denials, rejections & discrepancies
- Work closely with billing teams for claim resolution
- Ensure timely closure of receivables
- Hands on Experience in Physician Billing

Eligibility:

- 2–4 years of AR Calling / Medical Billing experience
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM
- Positive communication & analytical skills
