What You Will Do

- Sales & Client Support: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for our international B2B clients, assisting the senior sales team with purchase orders, contracts, and daily inquiries.
- Logistics Coordination: Work alongside our team to learn how to coordinate with freight forwarders and cold-storage facilities, tracking shipments to ensure they arrive on time.
- Data & Analytics: Keep our CRM and sales databases updated, and help monitor inventory availability and pricing trends.
- Negotiation: Lead conversations and negotiate terms with prospects & close deals over email or text.

What We’re Looking For

- Eagerness to Learn: No prior experience is required, but is a plus. If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude, we will provide all the industry training you need.
- Communication Skills: Robust,



clear written and verbal English communication skills are a must for sending professional emails and building relationships with clients.
- Attention to Detail: A natural ability to stay organized and double-check your work, which is highly important when handling trade documentation.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, adaptable personality. You don't get easily flustered and enjoy figuring out solutions when plans change.
- Team Player: Someone who is collaborative, approachable, and excited to support a growing sales team.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
