Experience: 10+ years | Reporting to: Project Sponsor/Steering Committee
Role Summary: Lead the Project Management Unit (PMU), overseeing overall program planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for the sports policy/management initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to the PMU team
- Coordinate with government departments, ABs/PSUs, and external stakeholders
- Monitor program milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure quality and timely execution of all consultancy outputs
- Present progress reports to senior leadership/steering committee
Qualifications: MBA/PGDM/Masters, preferably specialized in Public Policy or Sports Management, with relevant government/AB/PSU consultancy experience.
