Role description

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or Endpoint Management.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune Administration – Mandatory, including:
- Windows Autopilot (image provisioning and device enrollment)
- Windows Update for Business (WUfB) patch management
- Deployment profile configuration
- Device compliance and configuration policies
- Conditional Access policy support
- Endpoint security and device management
- Endpoint Management
- Microsoft SCCM (MECM)

- Solid knowledge of:

- Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration – Mandatory
- Software Deployment and Patch Management
- Device Management
- Windows Installer (MSI/MSIX), Registry, Services, and File System

- Experience with:

- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or VMware Horizon
- Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V, EXE)
- InstallShield, Advanced Installer, AdminStudio, or similar packaging tools
- PowerShell Scripting – Mandatory




- ServiceNow – Mandatory

- Strong troubleshooting, automation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
