We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer collections, maintain accurate receivable records, reconcile customer accounts, and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and share customer invoices and account statements.
- Follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing and MIS reporting.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.




- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in FMCG or Dairy industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
