We are looking for a confident and camera-ready Anchor to present UPSC Civil Services–related academic content across digital platforms.
The role focuses on simplifying complex topics and delivering them in a transparent, structured, and engaging manner for aspirants.
Position Details
Role: Anchor
Location: Karol Bagh,New Delhi
Type: Full-Time
Experience: One year to five years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate with the content team to understand topic depth and coverage requirements
● Work with the production team for shoot planning and execution
● Contribute to video structuring, sequencing, and overall flow of content
● Present UPSC Civil Services–relevant academic content in a clear and engaging format
● Write, refine, and deliver scripts based on provided inputs
● Convert content into exam-oriented explanations
● Break down complex topics into simple, structured segments for better understanding
● Prepare on-screen text, keywords, and content flow for videos
● Ensure clarity and continuity in flow,
tone, and structure of explanation
● Keep explanations focused, relevant, and free from unnecessary complexity
● Adapt communication style based on type of topic and audience requirement
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Communication / or any other relevant field also
● Strong bilingual communication skills (Hindi + English)
● Comfortable in front of camera with natural delivery
● Ability to explain topics in a simple and structured manner
● Interest in academic/educational content
