Job Title: Counsellor Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
Indo European Study Abroad is looking for enthusiastic and confident Counsellor Interns who are passionate about guiding students interested in studying abroad. This internship offers hands-on experience in student counselling, client communication, and the international education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, countries, and admission processes.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing.
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly counselling targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations is preferred.
