We are looking for 5 enthusiastic and driven Growth & Data Operations Interns to spearhead our market research, database creation, and student community outreach across different regions of Karnataka. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to laying the groundwork for our state launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Institutional Database Creation:
- Research, map, and build a clean, structured database of high schools (SSLC / KSEAB), Pre-University (PU) colleges (Class 11-12), and local coaching centers across assigned districts in Karnataka.
- Collect key stakeholder details (Institution name, board type, contact info, approximate student strength).
- Growth & Promotional Outreach:
- Introduce students and local study groups to Ceibaa’s interactive learning platform, performance trackers, and curriculum-aligned features.
- Assist in executing digital and on-ground promotional campaigns targeting Karnataka State Board (KSEAB / DPUE) students.
- Feedback & Local Insights:




- Gather student and educator feedback on curriculum requirements to help tailor our platform offerings for the region.

What We Are Looking For:

- Location: Remote / Field-based across Karnataka (Candidates based in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubballi-Dharwad, Mangaluru, or Belagavi preferred).
- Skills: Good communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic internet research, and a self-starter attitude. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
- Education: Current college students or recent graduates who are proactive and eager to experience the startup ecosystem.
