Lead and manage end-to-end data testing activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
Define, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans based on bu
siness and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and functional testing scenarios in UAT and Pr
oduction environments.
Perform ETL and data validation testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, co
nsistency, and integrity.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and quality as
surance based on Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents.
Validate data loads, transformations, and data integrity across source and target systems.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to un
derstand requirements and clarify testing expectations.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, discrepancies, and data quality issues.
Raise and track defects in JIRA and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely re
solution.
Prepare and maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and quality metrics.
Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet defined quality standards.
