Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Executive Support to manage customer email communications, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple conversations while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and support requests effectively.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams for quick issue resolution.
- Ensure all email responses follow company standards and tone.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams.
- Meet response time (SLA) and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English communication skills.




- Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple email conversations.
- Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Customer Support, Email Support, or Client Success is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
