We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team and help deliver innovative software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical documentation.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Support Agile/Scrum development processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/software industry.
- Excellent analytical, documentation,



and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HRMS, ERP, CRM, Payroll, or enterprise software projects.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

- This is an on-site position (Work from Office) at our Andheri West, Mumbai office.
