Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing architectural and interior projects, contributing from concept development to on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and design development
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentations
- Create 3D models and visualizations
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors
- Visit project sites and assist in execution and supervision
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Support material selection and detailing for interior projects

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



or equivalent
- 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture/interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction detailing and materials
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience with residential/interior projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
