Job Summary:
We are looking for a Student Counsellor to support prospective students through the admission and enrolment process. The role involves understanding student requirements, providing program-related guidance, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with prospective students and understand their educational requirements
- Provide guidance regarding programs, admissions, and application procedures
- Support students throughout the enquiry and admission process
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain accurate records and update student status regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Address student queries and provide timely assistance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
