Job Responsibilities :-

The Hr Generalist (Reporting to HR Manager / Head) will support day to day HR Operations and act as a key partner for employees and managers. Candidate should have Robust Knowledge of HR Process, Employee life cycle and Hr Operation

The Role includes end to end recruitment process, Manage Onboarding and offboarding processes, HR administration , Statutory Compliances, attendance, Payroll Processing, exit formalities and full and final settlements, Grievances, employee engagement activities.Handling employees queries , maintain employees database, HRIS Data .

Qualification: Any Grafuate/ Graduate in HR, Business administration.

Experience: Minimum 3 years -4 years as HR Generalist (Hotel Industry only)

SKills: Good Communication and Interpersonal and problem solving skills,

Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
