Job Summary

The Manager – Projects is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client and stakeholder relationships, identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.
- Review project performance and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Resolve technical and operational issues that may impact project delivery.
- Lead, mentor,



and motivate project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct project review meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper project documentation, change management, and close-out activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 5-10 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per year
