Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the assigned floor and ensure smooth functioning of classrooms.
- Ensure classrooms are ready before each session, including cleanliness, seating, AV systems, and study materials.
- Maintain student discipline and monitor classroom attendance.
- Coordinate with faculty, academic counselors, housekeeping, IT, and administration teams for seamless operations.
- Resolve student and parent queries or escalate concerns to the concerned department.
- Monitor CCTV and ensure compliance with institute policies and safety guidelines.
- Supervise Floor Operations Team (FOT) and support staff.
- Ensure timely distribution of study material, test papers, and classroom resources.




- Support online/offline examinations and academic events.
- Prepare daily operational reports, attendance records, incident reports, and feedback reports.
- Monitor asset utilization and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and service quality standards.
