The role

● Plan and deliver practical and theory sessions covering the full beauty therapy curriculum ● Demonstrate techniques clearly on live models and guide students through replicating them

● Assess students on both their knowledge and their hands-on execution, written tests alone are not enough

● Track student progress, identify who needs extra support, and step in before problems compound

● Prepare students for internship and employment, covering professional conduct, client communication and what overseas employers actually expect

● Keep teaching content current with international industry standards, not just local practice What we are looking for

● A beauty therapy or cosmetology qualification from an internationally recognised institution - Australia, the UK, Europe, the UAE, India or anywhere with a credible beauty education system

● 1–2 years of qualified experience in beauty therapy or a related field after completing your qualification

● The ability and confidence to teach (you do not need a formal teaching certificate, but you must be comfortable leading a group, demonstrating live,



giving direct feedback and holding students to a standard)

● Good English communication skills Skills and knowledge you should have A solid grounding across the core areas of beauty therapy: skin types and facial treatments, cleansing and massage protocols, laser treatments, makeup application and colour theory, waxing and hair removal, lash and brow services, nail care, and salon hygiene and infection control. You should understand the theory behind treatments, not just how to perform them, but why they work, what the contraindications are, and how to adapt for different clients.

Knowledge of laser and IPL treatments is a plus, as graduates will encounter these in Australian and Gulf workplaces. Client consultation, retail product knowledge and professional salon conduct are also areas you should be able to teach confidently.

Pay: ₹49,029.24 - ₹64,029.24 per month
